The Byte Hybrid Program (formerly known as Byte+) combines dentist-directed care with at-home teeth aligning. Dentists book one appointment with their patients to assess whether they’re a good fit for Byte clear aligners, then sends the patient’s information to the Byte clinical team, who prepares a treatment plan. I helped create four emails from the Byte team to participating dentists, to:
Inform them that they have an appointment booked for a Byte patient
Remind them to log into the Patient Portal to update patient information
Review a new Treatment Plan that the Byte clinical team has created for a patient
Alert them that a patient has a clinical emergency
