TrueCar+ Emails

As we roll out functionality for TrueCar+, customers are now able to reserve the car they want to purchase, so that someone else doesn’t get their hands on it first! This section of our email campaign shows this part of the buying journey: a customer gets a price offer, puts in a request to reserve the vehicle, gets their reservation confirmation, and finally purchases the car. My goal was to make these emails as celebratory as possible, while still telling the customer everything they needed to know about their car-buying process.
