We created a direct mail campaign that included a “Now Hiring” sign. Employers could sign up for ZipRecruiter, post a job, and link it to the QR code on the sign, so that when interested employees used their smartphones to scan the code on their phones, they’d be taken to the employer’s job posting on ZipRecruiter. Then, they could apply for the position.
